Jacob A.G. Stryhn

Jacob, a Danish national, has worked for many companies, big and

small and started his first successful company in 1996. His experience ranges from being CEO, Chairman of several Boards, Board memberships, facilitator, senior consultant and senior project manager. Jacob has a passion to help entrepreneurs to start or further develop their businesses, grow revenue and profitability and his dynamic mind is a well of ideas that can benefit anyone feeling stuck.

Today, Jacob is owner and CEO of several companies from consultancy companies, to networks and software solutions. Most companies are related to the construction industry:

  ⦁ Agreement Consulting ApS, a consultancy firm that provides services within the construction industry.
Since 2007, Agreement Consulting has provided services to companies as well as private customers. Common thread between all of the competences is that Agreement Consulting secures projects and processes on several levels, and benefits from the unique industry experience.

  ⦁ SystemSplendid – an online project management and CRM tool. While building Agreement Consulting, Jacob identified a lack of (documented) coordination between the many stakeholders involved in large scale building projects. He started developing a software tool to help coordinate between the different contractors, subcontractors, owners, investors and others involved. Over time, the further development of this tool has resulted in a state-of-the-art software solution which is now a mix between a Project Management solution and a CRM-tool. Due to constant development it is user-friendly, intuitive and invaluable at any construction site.

  ⦁ Useful-Network: A professional business network for managers related to the construction industry. Being a forward thinker, Jacob saw the advantage of building a network with leaders and executives in the construction industry. Over the years, Useful-Network has grown to over 50 members who meet 11 times a year visiting large and complex construction sites and visit companies directly or indirectly related to the construction industry with the aim of improving the industry as a whole via knowledge-sharing, mutual feedback and personal and professional growth. 

Jacob has, throughout the years, also owned other successful companies and recently developed a new social media platform called TangoVote. This platform will promote debates about many different subjects, locally as well as nation-wide while prohibiting hostile comments. 
In addition to his current roles, Jacob has experience in management positions in large companies and in different industry segments. These include sales management, management of departments and managing service organizations.

Finally, Jacob has vast experience in volunteer work. He developed a tool that coordinates the care for those in need, plays an important role in his local community, both for the businesses as well as through social work. Throughout his many years as a Rotary member, he has been President, Business Ambassador and many other roles. He also holds several Board positions within social organizations.
